This is a on campus interview, 2 on 1. They asked my research projects, what kind of jobs I want and some technical questions. Got an email afterward asking me to apply online for this position, but have heard from then since.
Hiring manager reached out to schedule a first interview that later had to be rescheduled (on their part) and they ended up ghosting after that. It's probably no uncommon but it was the first time this has happened to me which was annoying.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Merck

Recruiter responses quickly, but I didn't get the offer. Appreciate their professional service (~2 weeks in one round including the remote interview). Hope I will have another chance in the future path of my career.

Three rounds of interviews. First is with HR, second with direct report, and third with several team members. However, they were not responsive and it was a very slow process.
