The interview process took 3 months. They were highly unorganized through 5 rounds of interviews. After I was recommended by their employees during the 5 sessions in-person interview, they took an additional 2-3 phone interviews as they didn't have spots open. Additionally, after I accepted the offer letter and quit my job, they pushed back the start date and rescinded the offer. (would not recommend them)

Typical interview for a sales position with 3 rounds. Recruiter phone screen, then interviewed by 3 managers with open roles on their team, followed by director interview for the final round.

Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
