Mentor Language Institute interview questions

The interview was more of a personal values oriented. Technical stuff was pretty less, may be just because the interviewer himself was not a technical guy. The interview was for about an hour.

After applying online, I had an in-person interview with standard questions about my resume and teaching experience. After that I was given a grammar test. Finally, I gave a test class to the students and was evaluated by another teacher. Overall, it was exactly what I expected with no surprises.
