I had an initial 10 minute zoom call with the unit manager. I was Hired immediately after call and offered a job in the unit. The offer a salary that will increase after 6 months.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.
There was a panel of 3 nurses. Manager, Day shift and night shift. and ICU. they asked situational questions. why i wanted to become a nurse. It was only one interview.
