There was no interview, I had a phone call from another rep and heard a great presentation, asked a few questions, listened very carefully, and decided to join. It is an excellent company to work with f you are willing to be teachable and coachable and are willing to work at it. It's a home based business, so the harder you work, the more you advance and make good money.
