HireVue Video Interview - followed by two or three interviews with hiring manager and other managers. I only went for two rounds. HireVue and Hiring manager. Not selected to proceed further

Situational type questions. Tell me about - a time you disagreed with a person in authority.

Video interview - and then 4 interviews after with managers and VP's in the department. It was very quick which was refreshing. The whole process took roughly 3.5 weeks. Video interview is a bit awkward, but pretty straight forward.

Interview
Phone interview, in person interview with a manager, then meet the store manager. Asked a series of questions about past situations. Can be related to anything. You're informed of some benefits. You get called back a week later if you passed your background test (but I called them first).
