Through the interview process, I applied through CV and then was invited to take a two-hour psychometric test before being invited for an interview and medical. Interview was in person, 5 page medical form

Simple interview process. They were kind and respectful. Didn't have multiple rounds. They sent the offer letter within a couple days. Unfortunately I didn't accept the roleand went with another employer
