Interview
There was a virtual interview with a CRA Manager then a second interview on-site with both a manager and HR employee. You had to prepare a 5 min presentation for the second interview. There was low pressure and both interviews were pretty conversational with classic interview questions sprinkled in

Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
