Interview was fours rounds, phone interview then three in person interviews with the Regional Manager, District Manager and SVP. They had us do a personality test as well as an IQ test. Process was very simple and straightforward. Aside from salary, they did a great job of explaining the responsibilities of the position and were clear on expectations.

Interview
The experience was straightforward; I received a response in about a week. The recruiter explained the responsibilities and posed several questions during the interview. It all went smoothly. It lasts about 20 to 30 minutes.
The process was incredibly smooth, follow up was consistent, and all timelines given were accurate. It was a very enjoyable process and I am happy to be working at Medline to this day.
