Medium Healthcare Consulting interview questions

The first interview was taken by the Se Business Analyst. It was a nice interview. The interviewer was very friendly and kept the interview like a conversation. The second interview was with the Managing partner. He was so unprofessional. Postponed the interview without informing me. During the interview, he doesn't look interested as I was a fresher and finished the interview by just asking basic HR questions. Then I was told that I am rejected because I am a fresher. This so unprofessional. If they didn't want to take a fresher, they why shortlisted my CV and took first interview. I clearly mentioned them that I am a fresher. Pathetic. Don't know how they manage their clients. They called them best consulting firms. A big LOL :P

Long and vague process with skype interview followed by in person interview in Hyderabad. Management is highly indecisive and is looking to see if you will buy into what they are selling themselves as. Management believes in getting through the door of healthcare companies by hiring women who can charm their way into business meetings.
