Matrix New World Engineering interview questions

Interview were in one of the company offices. HR was very kind and offered multiple locations to hold it. Director of department was one who asked most of the questions during the process.

The interview was fairly straightforward; the interviewers went through my resume and asked me questions about my research and previous employment. I was not extended an offer; however I was unpleasantly surprised at the way in which this was handled. I was not notified of their decision to go with another applicant, and when I contacted one of my interviewers, I received no reply. I ended up in a position for a different, fantastic company with more considerate management. I would never want to work for a company that can't be bothered with sending a quick reply to notify applicants of their status after an interview.
