      Marketing Leader Interview

      29 Apr 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mastercard

      Interview

Initial communication came from the HR recruiter. First there was a phone interview followed by 5 separate days on interviewing to meet no fewer than 2 people each time. Over all the process is slow and multiple followups will be necessary.

      Marketing Leader Interview

      19 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Purchase, NY
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Mastercard (Purchase, NY) in Oct 2011

      Interview

The whole interview process was horrible. It took 6mos to get me hired. I interviewed in October 2011, but didn't receive an offer until March 2012. During that time, I interviewed via phone with the HR person as the initial review where the asked me how much I wanted in terms of salary right from the start. Then I was brought in for a 2nd interview which was an all day session where I met with 2 senior level people and was meant to meet with a 3rd but she turned out to be sick and out of office that day. I didn't find this out until I had already sat for 1.5 hours in a windowless meeting room. Then it was silent for 4months. In March I got a call that I had been selected for the position.
