Interview
The interview was fairly easy. At the time, the lead esthetician wanted to know my skills & overall knowledge of skin care and techniques. It was somewhat disorganized because they were going through change of management.

Question 1
there was nothing difficult about the interview process.
I started with a practical interview which included preforming a 30 minute facial on real client of there’s. Another esthetician sat in the room and watched me. I was moved on to the second interview round which was verbal.
Well the interviewer wrote on the back of the
resume I gave them through out the interview. Overall they asked about my experience, and told me what they were looking for.
Easy interview process, nice people. They were flexible with my time. Make sure they have a large member amount
you don't get paid when not with a client. Good for new to the industry Estheticians.
