Was over the phone, very straightforward. Basic questions on ability as well as practical elements you've completed. Wasn't technical at all. Very relaxed and was overall very good. General questions on CV and to explain it and interests within sector

Interview
Interview process wasn't the best in terms of length of time taken to hear back between stages. I applied online and did a phone interview which took months to hear back from. After the telephone interview I completed a coding challenge which again took about a month to hear back from. I was then invited to an assessment day which consisted of group task, code and a one-on-one interview.
