The first interview was partially interviewing to verify skillset/experience and partially to familiarize the interviewee with Malouf and let the interviewers get to know the interviewee. They were familiar with my resume and it appeared that they were mostly making sure that I would be a good fit for the company and vice versa. It was one of the more comfortable/friendly meetings that I've had. They were upfront about how they would be proceeding as far as dates of when they would get back to me about a second interview/job off (if that were to be extended).
