There were two phone interviews (or better said technical discussions) with the CTO, the company founder (currently Principal Development Engineer) and the HR Director. The interviewers asked about skills (in a descriptive manner) and specific projects I worked on during my career (that were pertinent to Magna Power developments). The first interview lasted for about 30 minutes and the second for about one hour. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the interviewers made it into more of a friendly discussion than a Q/A session. They also described the job and the company very well. This was followed by an onsite meeting, where I got to visit the plant and have face-face discussions with other team members. It was an overall excellent experience.
