Process was smooth and the questions very direct. I felt relaxed and the interviewed did an excellent job at providing me with details regarding the position, compensation, etc. We talked about the future and what I hoped to accomplish at Magna.

Interview
Lasted about 30 minutes, with the HR rep and 2 senior executives. Typical HR questions were asked during the persons, same as the phone screen. A lot of talking was done by the senior executives
