Interview
I applied online - for seasonal position. Shortly after they sent me a site where I had to choose a day and a time from the available ones, and to schedule my interview. There were some good availabilities for 1-3 weeks ahead. Then they send me a conformation with the location. On the day with the interview I went a little bit earlier. There were other waiting people. The waiting time was sort - about 10 min. There were 2 or 3 rooms for interview. Then they call me. The interviewer was nice. The interview - short. The questions - traditional for store interview.

Tell me about yourself. What is your previous experience? What do you prefer - a fast or slow paced environment? How do you work under pressure? and etc.

Interview
It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
