Interview
Standard interview. They'll let you know if you got the job towards the end of the interview. If they don't inform you that you didn't get or they just let you leave with no further information then you didn't get it.
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Interview
Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
