Interviewed first on campus with a store HR manager. I was then called back and invited to a full day interview process with about 20 applicants which included about three hours of testing in the morning followed by three round robin style interviews in the afternoon. A few days later I was called with a job offer!

Question 1
It's been a long time since I interviewed so I don't remember. I know now that they ask you how you would coach an associate based on certain performance measures.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
