I originally met the recruiter at an on campus job fair, and received an email to set up a phone interview the next week. After the first phone interview I received another email to do another phone interview 2 weeks later. Questions were about leadership abilities, and my experience with leading. Also what I knew about Macy's.

Question 1
What is one aspect of Macy's Culture that you think contributes to the companies success?
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
