Met firm at an on campus job fair. They reach out to me a month or so later. Went to a recruiting luncheon where they told us about the firm and had a short one on one interview. Then in about another month we set up a second interview. Second interview was also a one on one. Got the job a few weeks after that. Both interviews were more like a conversation which was nice as it made it less intimidating.
