Online application form, largely populated (accurately) from my uploaded CV, which was neat. First stage was a 15-minute telephone call with a hiring manager - this was a bit of a joke. Interviewer called 15 minutes late, saying that he had been in a meeting, and proceeded to explain the company at length (after first asking if I knew anything myself; I had no chance to get an answer in) It was clear from the line of questioning that the interviewer knew very little about Agile practices. After reading some alarming reviews on this site, I asked the interviewer how long he had been with Moo: the answer was 3 months. The whole experience struck me as rather haphazard with plenty of red flags. No follow-up to this interview, so I guess that the feeling was mutual.
