MCS Group (Belfast) interview questions

Initial phone call, followed by an interview with the head of talent ID/recruitment. Following that, if you progress, you do a SHL personality test & cognitive online test before a final interview with one of the director.

I reached the 3rd stage interview. I was given a few dry markers and a flip pad.. Director is patronising, needs to work on his demeanor. Over inflated sense of self. Overall not a great experience.
