A bit of a long process if applying through the Job Call/freelance program. Each individual hired is expected to partake in a makeup application interview where you will be watched by upper management.
Pushy and all about the sale and not about your artistry. I've been a professional makeup artist for 6 years and it didn't matter as they want you to bang out a full face in 30 mins.
