I attended a follow-up interview and received a call from HR a week later, asking for additional information to finalize my offer. However, despite almost a month passing, I have not heard back from HR since then.

I found the technical interview to be both engaging and insightful. The questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge while also highlighting areas I can continue to develop. I especially appreciated the professionalism and clarity of the interviewers throughout the process. After careful consideration, I’ve decided to decline the offer at this time.
