The application process involved the submission of a CV and a cover letter as well as the completion of a personality test. I was then short listed to attend the assessment centre in Stoke-on-Trent, The first stage involved an icebreaker game, where each person had to introduce their partner sitting beside them. The second stage was a 5 minute presentation about the skills you'd bring to the company and what you know about them. The third stage involved the completion of a group task. The fourth and final stage was an individual competency based interview.
