very informal, but lengthy. If you have the ability to connect with your customers, the rest will fall into place. You are given a scenario describing a customer issue and then asked how you would get this resolved and why you choose that route.
Thorough amd comprehensive interview process. Extremely thoughtful and provides candidates with the opportunity to interface with various levels of management to ensure the expectations and role fit with the needs of each individual.

Had 4 interviews. Recruiter asked for my availability the next Monday and Tuesday and never heard back. I sent follow up message and nothing. Never even got a rejection email

I had an interview with the zone manager, then COO, then a phone interview with the CEO (excessive). After each interview I was given a time for the next phone call and expected to be on time, but each of the interviewers were at least 10 minutes late if not 40z
