Initial screen with hiring manager, then meeting a peer DM, then the other 2 RDs The process started well. I enjoyed speaking with the hiring manager and the peer DM. I did not enjoy speaking with the other 2 RDs. They asked inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with the job itself. They were more concerned with how I had managed to get my last job and the underlying drama that occurred at my last company. I wanted to withdraw after the bad experience.
