The interview experience at Lourdes Health varies according to department and supervisor. Interview with the PACT team as of Spring 2024 consisted of a single supervisor interview, but I was a returning, previous employee with the organization. The process was fairly transparent, non-intimidating and forthright and relatively timely. The larger organization of Lifepoint tends to slow things down a bit, but overall an acceptable hiring experience.
