After submitting the online application they called me for and interview with manager. Asked about previous serving experience and informed me about their culture and processes. Pretty laid back and inviting.

Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
