When applying to Longhorn you fill out an online application that asks you a series of questions and prompts you to complete an ability assessment. If emailed for a continuation of the hiring process, you will go through two interviews by two different managers.

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.

Easy and straight to the point , they want to see that you have personality and you’re able to handle irate customers, make sure to dress buisness casual ! Great way to become a server as well

Applied online and went in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with each manager separately. Both were patient and were mainly concerned with hours I could work and my past experience. However, I still got hired having no experience.
