Came on time and made to wait an hour. Then had to meander through a nearly 3-hour "interview" of complaints, off-topic questions, and an apparent need for micromanaged employees. Perhaps 40 minutes of the interview was relevant to the job applied for. To be cordial and polite, perhaps thinking this was a part of some sort of "grit" interview, I stayed. But when I was literally waved away when the interviewer took a third phone call, I took that as my cue to leave.
There was a clear lack of scope in what the interviewer wanted to achieve for what was being interviewed for. The interviewer wandered back and forth on topics around the job, but would bunny trail to a other IT infrastructure issues. The company is sorely under-equipped in technology and wants to advance, but are not willing to invest the effort to do this. There was a lot that could be achieved there, it's disappointing to see it overlooked by company owners.
