From the beginning of applying to being selected for an interview the recruiter kept me in the loop on what to expect and when to expect a follow up. The recruiter followed up the day before the interview to wish me look and provided some documentation for pre-reading on the group and missions and values. The interview was a virtual interview with a four person panel. They took turns with a pre-determined set of questions. It was well scripted and well organized. The one thing that could be improved was there was not enough time for questions from interviewee.
