Interview
Very informal. They were very friendly. I was interviewed by the Operations Manager and one of the Sales Managers. They took me to the back and asked me a series of questions then made me go out of the sales floor and asked associates about their experience within the store and report back and answer more questions.

Interview
Process took about a month I was contacted by text message by sales manager, to set up a phone interview, then later an in-person interview with two managers that consisted with a tour of the store, and filling out an availability form. I was told a second in person interview was needed with the general manager; however, I was rejected.
Interview process was pleasant. Interviewer was direct, communicative and had strong leadership qualities. Company is family and employee orientated, supervisor was adaptable. Seemed like a great place to work for.
a group interview asked us all the same questions. It was a little strange but then if they were interested they gave you a call. applied on indeed and got the interview which lasted no more than 30 minutes and they got started late
