I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Living Spaces (San Diego, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online and received a call shortly after for an interview. Brief orientation. Online modules for "training" and very little hands on training.
Brief questions about experience and what each job has taught me. Asked if I had previous furniture sales experience. Very simple interview.
The interviews are not very complex and they tend to hire on the spot due to high turnover rates (I learned after the fact.) Its a standard interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Living Spaces (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Hiring manager was kind and we walked while discussing my resume. We did a sales training task and it was a fun learning experience. Not many sales interviews are conducted as if we are in a true sales atmosphere so it was nice not to be sitting across the desk for an hour.

Interview
I went in during a hiring event at my local Living Spaces, I brought a copy of my resume and waiting for an available GM. They came up to me and we had a standard 30-45 minute interview as we walked and sat throughout the store. They showed me all their products and broke down the position.
Talked about logistics, pay, and everything else.
