First you come into the office with a few other candidates. Then they seat you all in a room and show you videos of the company and demonstrate their tutoring technique. You are then expected to model the technique with your fellow applicants while they observe you. Once that is done you take a critical thinking exam and a spelling test that makes sure you can spell phonetically. Once you pass all of that they call you into a one on one interview with the Director and they tell you if you got the job or not.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.
