Lincoln Manufacturing interview questions

I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes to be interview. Overall process was very laid back. Questions were very simplistic. I was glad that I was not offered the position.

There were 2 interviews. The first was with the Recruiting Manager and the owners brother. It wasn't a normal interview in the sense that there were no standard questions asked. It was very informal and laid back. After this interview I went downtown and interviewed with the Vice President. Again nor formal questions but it was more professional.
