Very easy. Hiring manager contacted me on care.com for a job opportunity. She sent me to their website where I filled out an online application. The next day, got a call from the same manager wanting to do a phone interview. Lasted about 20 minutes, wanting to know availability and such. Then, 2 days later went to interview in person, which lasted about 30 minutes. Super easy to get hired on. They do drug test and background checks.
