My District manager conducted the interview which went well, went over the responsibilities of the position and what was required of me and the company expectations, and the current status and past conditions of the store. What I could offer to make things better and to get the store back on the right track.

2 interviews, one with another store manager in the district and the district manager. Very laid back. I just demonstrated that I am a dependable employee and I think that stood out.

One face to face five minute interview, where they asked no questions about your history or any personal. It felt like they didn’t care about “you” they just wanted to make sure that you could change to “one of them”
