I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was very short and fairly simple. It was more of a get to know you and get to know this position kind of interview. I interviewed with two people at a long oval desk, which was kind of intimidating.
Let's say you have two groups of students - one group works very well and gets their work done and the other group goofs off during class and doesn't do their work. How would you handle that if you were teaching a class?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) in Dec 2021
Interview
The experience was professional, conversational, light-hearted, and intentional. I felt comfortable to share about myself, how I work with others, and how I resolve issues. The interview went well and I received an offer that I accepted.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) in Apr 2014
Interview

The job was for teaching so being able to have a commanding presence in a classroom would be a must. They were also looking for someone that was quick to respond to communications.
