Their whole outfit is strange. I think this is the company I actually interviewed for, but the recruiter I was approached by was from Demand Blue. Not sure of their actual office locations in the USA. I met with a hiring manager who then ghosted me. I then discovered the job posting has been up for close to a year. I have no idea what they are looking for.
