Interview
I first had a phone interview with a recruiter then I met on site with the Regional Director. Both gentleman were easy to talk to and I think the overall process was great. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer and was told they decided to promote someone internally for the position.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for the position?
They asked a lot business cases and asked how you think about certain scenarios. They wanted to see how you think about business and how you would grow it. Asked basic finance questions

Interview
Got an email from a recruiter, he showed up late to the call, and interviewed me. He said he would get back, and after apologizing for lateness, never got back.

Basic questions about previous experience. They also told me about what the job was about.
Phone interview, spoke for about 30 minutes. Mostly spoke about previous experience. I asked about the lack of diversity, especially in leadership, based on their website and reviews on here and the interview scoffed at it. It was a big tell about company culture to me and the interview was awkward from there on.
