Formal interview with 2 deputy group directors and 1 director. This was for a entry level position after graduating from university. The interview was conducted in a calm and pleasant atmosphere,
Took 6 months from first interview to hiring process.
Slow hiring process but eventually got the offer.

Need to keep contacting HR to ask for progress or updates.
