Phone screen: simple questions about yourself
Assessment: mcqs + projects in angular(applied for java angular position)
Technical round: mostly related to role you applied for. No DSA was asked. Very angry interviewer. Checked my task manager. I had to keep looking at the camera. No eye movement allowed. Answered everything correctly but messed up when coding up string reversal using streams.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LTIMindtree (Chennai) in May 2026
Interview
Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL
It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks
