Contacted by recruiter. Interviewing for multiple positions at once. Basic phone interview, asked to schedule an in person interview. Met with two women who run the different departments I was interviewing with. Recruiter called back immediately after the interview to get feedback about how I felt about it, and then took 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me with an offer. I gave my initial salary request in my first conversation with the recruiter, but they came in way below that and wouldn't really budge. So I passed.
