Starts off with an HR interview, then a series of technica intervierws and finally an HR interrview. the whole process is rather pleasant and professional. however feels too time consuming for a regular development role

Interview
I recently went through the interview process and received an offer, which I happily accepted. Overall, I found the process to be fair and well-structured.
The interview process consisted of two professional interviews that focused on my technical skills and expertise, followed by two personal interviews to assess cultural fit and my alignment with the company's values.
The interviewers were professional and approachable, making the experience feel balanced and comfortable. The questions were relevant, and the progression of the process felt thoughtful and organized.
I appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate my skills and would recommend applying here if you're interested in joining a company with a fair and structured interview process.

One of the professional interviews focused on a specific feature from my portfolio. I was asked to:
Demonstrate the functionality of the feature.
Extend the design by collaborating with the interviewer to align on improvements and scalability.
This required me to think critically about design decisions and balance trade-offs.
Other Questions:
What challenges did you face in a recent project, and how did you overcome them?
How do you ensure your designs are scalable and maintainable?
The technical interview had a collaborative feel, allowing me to showcase my coding skills, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Interview
The process was pretty standard, 5 interviews ( 2 technical, 2 HR, 1 high ranking director of engineering). All of the interviewers were very respectful, asked interesting questions and made a very good impression on me.
