Hired through recommendation. Filled out an application at location and was hired on the spot. Manager was very laid back and didn't have many questions for me, honestly, other than my availability and prior experience.

phone interview. interviewer asking several questions regarding qualification, spm results, why want to be teacher, whether interest with kids or not, can work during night and weekend, have a child or not
I turned up and was asked a few questions about my education and motivations for working with them. They asked me to do an hour of unpaid labour as a 'trial'.
