Sat down with the manager. He asked me basic questions about the company, what I would do in specific situations, and general character pathfinding questions. Then sat with the assistant manager. The main purpose of the interview, it seemed, was to determine if my character and personality would be a good fit for the store and the job.

Basic questions…a bad experience you turned around, blah blah blah The “managers” who interviewed me were rude and condescending. They did not ask any specific questions about job history or my resume.
