Interview
They conducted two phone interviews with an internal recruiter and one with a technical engineer. Once these steps were passed, I had a Skype interview with a senior management person, and after passing that round, I was able to work with the recruiter to negotiate salary and benefits before a start date was provided.

They asked work history and what ideas I had for building out their brand by creating content in Splunk to be sold as packaged apps.

Interview
There were two technical interviews with senior engineers and one culture fit interview with HR. Sometimes there is another culture fit interview with a project manager. All of them were remote either on Zoom or over the phone.
